1 Peter 4:8-10 Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins. Show hospitality to one another without grumbling. As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace:
Paul said to be a living sacrifice (Romans 12:1) . Jesus wants us to live like Him so the world can see Him in us (John 17:21-23). When we live Christlike we are thinking about others before ourselves as He did when He went to the cross for us (Romans 15:7). Now I know this may flare up some tempers and if it does it is because we are living to self and not giving it all to Him (Galatians 2:20). Also by bringing this up does not mean I am calling you a non believer. It is just stating the truth. It is something we all should want & living for Jesus helps us to bring each other to the truth (John 14:6). When we fall He is there to pick us up but we too as believers are suppose to reach out also (1 John 3:16). I have to say sometimes I wonder if we truly get it. When the Holy Spirit is moving do we really hear Him? When He does, do we wait to see Him work? I mean this with love because I have seen us shoot others down because it wasn't there turn. If we plan it all out that's good, right? But what if the Holy Spirit wanted something else do we stick to the Schedule? God is good, He is great! we yell; but really if He is that great isn't He worth more than a hour? So when we are looking at our watches it is only because we want to know what time it was when He appears, right? Or is it because we are ready to get out of His house and go grab a bite. So when Paul said be a living sacrifice for Jesus shouldn't giving up our time or an activity be included. When we try to do it our way God never comes first. Most the time someone ends up getting hurt. Why? because we answer first. How can we be lead by the Holy Spirit if we don't seek Him for the answer first? Could that be like what the Pharisees did? Don't let it be about religion, let it be lead by Jesus. Now I'm not saying your a bad christian. Sometimes we get caught up in routine and forget our mission. Now don't let us forget our first love (Revelation 2:4) who sits at the right hand of God. I pray we stay focused on our mission and we help to strengthen His Kingdom. Through Jesus let us help one another to be strong in the faith and serve God. Lord help us to be a fire starter & not a fire fighter.

The Father works in us!
John 17:22
"The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one"
The Father works in us as He and the Holy Spirit worked in Christ as one. Because we are one with Christ, we to are one with the Father and the Holy Spirit. If we stand together and live as one with our redeemer we will have broken hearts for the fallen and the weak; those in need will make us weep. If the church don't love then who will. We must stand together and be broken for each other and the needy. By this they will know we are different than the world and God will receive all the glory for His work in us.
The duty of the church is to help one another
Galatians 6:1 Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted.
This is the duty of the church to help one another in restoring and growth. Paul is saying those who are spiritual should restore the ones who need restoring. He is talking to the church as a whole not to a single person but to all who are spiritual. I don't understand why we think today it is the pastors job. We find Paul saying the same all through the Bible. It is the duty of the church to grow and build one another up under Christ, who is head of the church.
The church can't stand on two feet but needs many
Ephesians 4:16
from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.
It is clear its not the responsibility of a individual, but instead it is the responsibility of the whole church (the body). Paul is not writing this to individuals, but he is writing it to the church (the body).
John 13:35 "By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
We cannot come to being the church without one another; it is the church that stands not the man w
God's sacrifices
Hebrews 10:12-14 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
12 but He, having offered one sacrifice for sins for all time, sat down at the right hand of God, 13 waiting from that time onward until His enemies be made a footstool for His feet. 14 For by one offering He has perfected for all time those who are sanctified.
These verses are real good and also why I have found so much joy in the Lord. But let's not forget all of God's word is real good. I love God's truth and how it works in us who are being sanctified for all time. Because the Lord Jesus was perfect and died for the payment of sin for those who are in Him. We also are made perfect by H
